I had my first problem with my ES350 today. I bought it May 1 and have 1100 miles. Every time I have put it in reverse today the side mirrors have not tilted down. I didn't realize how much I liked the mirrors tilting until they don't!

 

Make sure you have either the left or right mirror selected for adjustment. If it is in the neutral position the mirrors will not tilt.

 

I just figured that out!
