Unhappy Steering pump leaking fluid.

My 1995 ES300 steering pump is leaking. I do not notice any difference when steering. Auto parts store suggested using steering seal fluid. Has anybody tried those steering seals before? Does it work?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

I had a similar problem. Except that when I steer, I hear this humming noise (sounds almost like a manual 5 speed car moving in reverse). I used a steering fluid sealant and it worked. A bottle usually cost like $2-5.
