hey guys i need some help.......what would be good for fixing the outside side panels.....the silver side panel on the driver side has come off on one side what can i do to fix it?...also its been raining and stuff and i go check and my digital clock on the dash is all messed up its hard to red like it shows a smear anyway it to fix it? or just forget it?

 

Ask a Good auto body repair shop... One that fixes Lexus. They would know what is best "today", as adhesives are constantly being updated.
