to start off, i'm new specifically here to this forum.

i have a question regarding front bumper for 97-01 es300. i know almost everyone know about auto couture aero kit. i'd like to know about the front bumper. it look like a auto couture style front bumper, but everyone is regarding the front as a lip kit. from what i understand, es300 front bumper have slightly ugly looking horizontal bars running across the bottom air dam. i'm just wondering what i am missing here?

 

the auto couture kit is NOT a lip kit. it is bumper replacement from what i understand

 

i'll contact carson toyota for more info, though there will be a high chance they'll say it's a spoiler(lip) kit as said on their website. more insight here would be really appreciated. in either case, should it go two tone or solid black ? =p contemplating too much...

 

the rear might be a lip, but the front is a bumper replacement for sure

 

Does anyone know if the ES300 97 bumper will fit on my 96? If so, will I be able to install the 97 fog lights? Thanks
