Default Just Ordered..........

Hi guys, just ordered the two tone leather interior for my 92 ES, it is dark brown with perforated sandstone inserts and also ordered a set of 8000K HID kit. Just wanted to share with fellow CL members. The Next on the list is the unknown body kit, actually I figured that since I am here in the Caribbean (where labor charges are really low), and I just found out there is a guy who makes body kits in town so I am gonna show him the picture and have the body kit made. After that I should be done, and happy with the car.
one little question, I have the IS300 17" rims on the car but the rear rims, well I want them to stick out a bit, they are too much inside the fender, do I need to use wheel spacers, if so, what size would be good.

Thanks
Sohaib

thats cool, but anything over 6000k and you will lose light.. most 6000k+ bulbs are painted to get the more blue/purple effect. but as long as youre happy with them, thats all that really counts.

that all depends on who makes them....I have 8500k and believe me, I havn't lost anything.

my bulbs aren't coated either.

doesnt matter who makes it.. its a fact that light decreases as you go higher in light temperature

Yeah, I realized that the 8000K would be less light output but at the same time I did want an aftermarket look to it, so hence I went with the 8000K's (they just look cooler), I guess if I had the reflector type of assmebly then I would have put in 6000K because the slight buish color would have shown pretty well in there, but with the projectors......
I have another question, can you get the stock remote on the lexus keys to work with the aftermarket remote starter for example. How would one go about adjusting the frequencies and what not. I was looking into a 98 on ES300 key with the built in remote and was wondering if it would work with the aftermarket remote starter that I already have on there.

Thanks
