drive to toyota or lexus and get an OEM valve, itll cost you like maybe 3 dollars. you can prolly walk in there and have them replace the valve with an oem one for like 20 bucks. the reason its shaking is because there is air escaping somewhere there. if thats all you want the dealer to do, tell them all you want them to do is the pcv, if ya want them to do both the grommit and the pcv, call a day ahead of time and have them order a grommit for you, though those things dont fall apart to regularly, so they will prolly have to order em. when it comes to performance parts, ya go to a racing store like summit racing or somethin, when it comes to replacement parts, go OEM always.

I got a rubber replacement at Kragen's, not sure if you have them where you are.
You shouldnt have to go to the dealer. When I changed my PCV, the grommet broke apart and part of it fell inside, I got that out , got a new rubber grommet and all is well now. If your original is hard plastic, the new rubber one should be much easier to install .
It cost around $3 for the grommet.

how did you get the part of the gromit out?? or did you leave it in there??..while changing my pvc, i think part of the garmit fell inside and i left it there , since it's rubber.. should it melt and come out with the oil when i do a oil change?? right now. it seems like my ES takes more gas and slow on boost..

I dont think it will melt, if it does, thats not good either.
I used a short thin common screwdriver to feel for the broken piece.
I got it positioned to a spot where I could get my needle nose pliers in there.
Then I SURGICALLY removed it. I guess it wasnt that dramatic.

Couple of other techniques that would work in hindsight might be:
Vacuum cleaner with very thin nozzle.
Tweezers might work if its long enough.
