I have a 99 es300 and am experiencing noise from the front suspension.. I took it to a mechanic and they said i needed new struts/mounts and sway bars... There is a TSB out for this specific problem. Will lexus honor this TSB despite the fact that my warranty is up? Thanks for any insight.

 

Lexus will need to do a diagnosis on your ES and identify the source(s) of the problem before faced with the possible TSB on the front suspension problem. What Lexus sees may not always be the same as what the customer sees. Also, the fact that your car is out of warranty could make it more difficult to ask for a break in the cost of certain service repairs. It certainly never hurts to ask though
