tired of the unreliable fixes re slamming etc.. I went to the JY and got the window motors out of a 2005 Camery. These were 2 pin motors ( not 5 pin like the es330 had).
Interesting note, the actual motor was about 10mm longer than the stock motor. The Camery pull was OE denso motors. I tried them and got the following :

pass rear works using the pass rear switch if you treat it like a dumb system. No auto up just hold the button until closed or opine. use your smarts. I dont think being a lexus owner means you cant master this.

control from driver master only lowers window will not close (so don't do that) let you passenger decide window status.

I also replaced the passenger side front motor, Passenger has complete control no auto but covered that. interesting that the driver master switch has complete control as well, this is good in case you have to roll down to inquire about some grey poupon mustard.

The only one that still has full control and function is the driver window. So far it has not been a problem.

oh and NO pinch protection, so will let Darwin work that one out.

The camery motors works fast on the window and work every time.
