The plastic case/shell for my original ES330 Lexus3-button key has cracked and broke; the key is now in two pieces. The metal key shaft, core electronics, and interior buttons are fine and still work. (As an alternative I'm using the permanently_super-glued_together key I have from the former owner... and the battery is dead... which of course sucks.)
I'd like to find a robust heavy-dutyish third-party replacement case to transfer the guts into- to have fully a functional key again.
What I'm NOT looking for is the fly-by-night cheaply-made, one-screw variants found on amazon.com which seem to break at a fairly quick rate.
What I am looking for is the multiple-screw replacement covers I've seen in past years but can't seem to find (now that internet search engines prioritize sponsored content).
I used to have one of those on a key (that has since been lost) and it was awesome! although a little bulkier. (Unfortunately the saved links for the vendor I had on my old computer, and my memories of the vendor's name, are long gone.)
I'd take any suggestion for a good replacement though.
If someone could refer me to a manufacturer or website that sells these things I would be very grateful.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Keywordz/phrazes: Keyless Entry Remote Control Key Replacement Key Fob Cover Shell for Lexus ES330.

Here is a link of the only OEM alternatives that I am aware of, at least the alternatives that don't require Programming a new Key into the system, which is also an option. They look right on par with their cost, but should be considerably stronger than most of the other Aftermarket replacements, and considerably cheaper as a matter of fact.
Completely forgot about it actually. Here is a Parts Catalogue for an ES330, the Part Number for the Blade is 89752-33070, and the Part Number for the cover is 89751-48030. The reason I forgot is while they do sell TOY48 Blanks for your Newer ES, there are no Blanks for the Older TOY40 Keys in my 2000 ES, they only sell either the Fob (aka the Chip) by itself, or the entire key as an Assembly..
I purchased something like that to create a lightweight key fob, without the key blade, for my pocket (pic below). I bought a couple of cheap blanks and used the remote guts of one of them for this.

If you get a simple Valet Key along with it, Part Number for it is 89785-50110, then Cut and Program it as a Master Key, you will get the Key and Fob system Separated from each other, just as it was in the olden days, it will be considerably more durable that the OEM key and cheaper than getting OEM Housing, even if a bit bulky.

Hope this helps and best of luck!
Thanks! I inadvertently ended with a properly-chipped "master", sans remote functions, from one of those self-service key duplicator kiosks. My 4ES had come to me with only the original master/remote, so to have a spare, any spare, I tried this machine on a whim. It grokked my key and said I could order a functional duplicate key, without the remote functions, and it would be mailed to me. It arrived and is functional (albeit not from a genuine lexus blank). Hint: If you make to cancel the purchase just before confirming payment, the machine offers you a decent discount to procede :-).
Also, appologies to the OP for pointing to same cheap shell offered on Amazon that he was looking to improve upon. I should read more carefully.
I searched the interwebs for over two hours and I have good news. But first I wanted to clarify a few things about what I wanted in case it helps someone else.
1) I wanted to re-use the parts of my broken key & fob.
2) I didn't want to program the guts or re-cut a new blade. (So the DuraShel & Eternity Key are out.) (No worries, BMeek I appreciate the help!)

The uncut TOY48 'Flip' key that Arsenii referenced above is a great suggestion! And it would fit my requirements except for the fact that I really don't like that style (having used it before with fleet and rental cars) and I didn't want to have to get a laser key cut for the blade.
(What I was using was basically the 'Key shell used sans blade' that BMeek mentioned, although not as nice as my fob was ragged where the key broke off. (Brilliant by the way!))
What I realize now with the OEM key + fob = the key is fused to the plastic housing. A lot of other posts say that you can't reuse the blade, but it's pretty easy to break it out of the plastic as you can see in YouTube videos... you just have to remove all the plastic stuck to the old key blade before inserting it into the new fob. (And make sure the new fob accepts key blades.)

Thanks LeX2K & Arsenii, the part information was great. I looked up the part number for the case and found a website (https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/) which allowed me to put in my VIN number to ensure a match. It gave me a different but similar part number (89751A) to the one you provided- the fob appeared to be the same though. (I used those part numbers and found dozens of websites selling near-OEM key-fob combos.)
I noticed on some websites that the make/model of the vehicles the 3-button key covered ranged beyond the years and/or sedans that we were talking about. I seemed to remember that the replacement fob I was looking for also was also used for some kind of Toyota or Lexus SUV, and searching that I saw Land Cruiser, and then FJ Cruiser info, and that jogged a memory...
You see those outdoorsy Jeep/Land/FJ Cruiser types (in clubs like "Lexus GX Off Road (GXOR)") like being rugged and buying custom aftermarket parts. Parts that hold up to, say, dropping your keys off a cliff when getting out of the driver side door to take a selfie when the vehicle is almost vertical.
I went back to the info you provided and some other websites. In addition to the ES330 I found other make/models that used the same 3-button kit (see below for details).
While searching not only did I find what I was looking for (AJT)!!!, but also another similar product (YotaMD). (I'm going to get two of the AJTs in red and black (and swap some of the button colors).)
(both made in USA) $39.00 - AJT "IF008 (2008-2014 FJ Cruiser)" $84.99 - YotaMD "YMD1" (Titanium Reinforced)
Those appear to be quite well made, with that, seeing how rough I can be on my OEM Key, using it as a screwdriver and even a pry bar at times with this being the only issue I've run into so far, not sure what you need to do to break it by *accident* frankly, so it will likely be a while until I upgrade..
