Need some help troubleshooting a noise in my ES. Single owner, 85,000 miles, well cared for. I've been hearing an intermittent creak/squeak recently. From the rear, seemingly on the driver's side. It seemed to start after hitting a speed bump harder than expected (I guess with all the SUVs in the world, a local grocery store decided they had to jack them up a few inches, which I discovered when I drove over one at a blistering 5mph and felt a nasty crunch)
What has me puzzled is that I'm not really hearing the noise over bumps, it's more as the weight shifts fore/aft, during acceleration and deceleration. If I push down on the fender I can hear it, but not really driving over uneven surfaces. I'm not seeing anything obvious looking under the car, though there is some corrosion; one of the heat shields over the muffler had to be removed earlier this year because galvanic corrosion had eaten through one of the mounting points.
Wondering if I need to look at new suspension of bearings?

If you are bouncing the car by hand and hear creaking noises, it's probably the strut
It could be the rear trailing arms or control arms bushings. You may need to put it on a lift to thoroughly inspect them. There are other suspension components that could be the source, but it needs a thorough inspection by a professional or very experienced shade tree mechanic. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...trol+arm,10401
