Default Wood trim

I have a quick question dose the 2002 lexus es 300 use real wood just curiouse and is there a way to protwct it from the sun

Yes the wood trim is real it goes through many steps to create the look, mostly done by hand. Best thing you can do is use a windshield shade and get tint on the other pieces of glass. Can also use spray on coatings that have UV protection, the finish is urethane.

Double agree on above. Highly polished, beautiful work. One of the things, that to me, make the ES cockpit very pleasant and harmonious. I know I sound like a piece of Japanese PR, but I do feel that. Honestly.

I use aerospace 303 on the interior to protect it, but also a good consistent wax or protectant of a decent grade works. Meguairs leather wax/conditioner is in fact a one-use product, you can use it on the seats, dash, wood, etc. to great effect and not worry about multiple products.
