Hi. Im new to all is car stuff. My 1998 es300 license plate bulbs dont work. There is power going to.it. The fuse is not blown. Where should I begin looking an answer? Thanks Diana

Not to insult your abilities, but did you check the actual Bulbs? If the power is present on the Socket, there really can't be much of anything other than the bulbs themselves being toast, aside from maybe corrosion on the contacts..
