While driving battery is not charging I can only drive as long as the charge will hold depending on what is in use. How ever when I charge battery off the car it holds charge till ran down. Alternator has magnetic pull when car is running and u hold screw driver in front of it! Also car stays running when I take neg battery cable Off! What gives battery is only a year old! Also when driving after I kill car to run n store or whatever I have to jump it off 7times out of 10 but it fires right up and runs fine!

 

Find out what battery voltage is with the car running, sounds like your alternator is failing.

 

When I first crank it up it idles at 14.3 volts after driving but 10 miles then checking it it idles right at 14. Volts

 

Appears your alternator is working, would be better to monitor voltage as you drive. Next step is get the battery load tested doesn't matter the age you need to confirm the battery is healthy.
