Default 2013 Alternator output?

Our 2013 F Sport was deader than a doornail this morning. Battery read 3.5v. Dead.
Car was CPO a year ago May, with almost 60K miles; came with a new Lexus battery dated 5/18.
Has been perfect; a great car. Love the dang thing.

Pulled and charged the battery for almost 3 hours, 12.2v. Reinstalled and started car. Idled fine.
Turned on lights and read voltage at battery leads; 13.5 volts. Revving did nothing.
I would imagine a car with this many electronics would easily pull 14+ volts, perhaps 14.7.

Your thoughts? What should the alternator output be?

Will probably go back to Putnam Lexus in Redwood City tomorrow.
Kinda scared because they have lotsa nice cars there.. Sheesh.
I was planning on keeping this one for a long time; it sits outside... Sheesh.

Mine is anywhere between 13.5-14.2 while driving, so I think your reading is quite normal.

How many days did you leave it sitting before the battery went dead? It's good to use a smart battery charger to top up your battery once in awhile, especially if you drive short distances. I recommend CTek chargers.

Last drove Friday afternoon. Dead Sunday morning.
Wanted to get the Model 3 out of the garage this morning around 8:30. Nope.
Kinda strange... My uneducated guess is a dead cell in the 1 year old battery.

I believe a size 34 fits?
Please advise and thanks!

That explains it, the Model 3 software update activated wireless charging and now charges itself by capturing energy of cars around it.

If it's only been 1 yr, you should still have warranty on the battery.
