Default A program cannot be read, please consult dealer 2016 ES300h

Hey there guys, I just bought a 16 ES300H luxury, and the infotainment system does not work and it reads a program cannot be read, please consult dealer. I tried removing the sd card and re inserting it, I also tried the disconnecting negative terminal for 10 minutes, no luck, any idea what to do!? Thanks.

Longshot, but have you checked the fuse for it? Or tested your battery/alternator to make sure they're still good?

You may actually have to contact the dealer for this, I hope your navi SD card isn't dead. I've seen some prices and they're pretty expensive.

If you do get quoted for a new radio, you can find a used on eBay for $200-$600...

Edit: You said you just bought it, is there any warranty still? 30-90 day?
Edit 2: I would check fuse's (1, 13, 17). Diagram should be on the fuse box on the driverside area, it's next to the OBDII connector.

Have you read the owners manual for the Nav system on the proper way to install the SD card. You can't just take it out and put it in. "doing so may deactivate the system."

The owners manual sets out the procedure for installing the map data.

hey there thanks for the reply, I have not checked the fuses, but the battery is still good, my backup camera still works when I go into reverse also, pressing the power button on the radio does nothing.

hey there I replaced the sd card and that seems to have fixed it, but noe the screen just keeps restarting from the Lexus screen to the caution screen to black, over and over again.
