Default 2006 Lexus es330, starting issues

My 2006 Es330 just started to not crank sometimes. I just recently replaced the starter, battery is good and alternator is good. I went to get food started up fine and when I got the food it didn't say anything. Finally got it Crunk got home turned it off and hit key again and again it says nothing. Any help greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "says nothing" exactly? Key on no crank?

I mean no sound or nothing starter or engine not turning over. Then sometimes it will crank up

Next time it happens fiddle with the shifter see if that brings the starter to life. If it does your neutral safety switch needs to be removed and cleaned. Another common cause is bad connection between the battery terminals and posts, even if they look fine they could be flaky. Maroon Scotch-Brite pad takes care of this.

Yet another failure is the bushing where the shift cable connects to the shifter inside the car goes bad so you think you're in park but mechanically the transmission isn't.
