2006 Lexus es 330 starting issues
Does the engine spin at all?
Does it sound like the starter is loaded, or as if it spins in mid-air?
A video of the sound would be helpful.
First check the Voltage on the Starter itself, make sure it doesn't drop below 10V, if so, there is likely a loose contact somewhere between the starter and the battery. If the voltage is staying right at 12V and doesn't drop, there is a chance that the starter is toast, either the brushes are gone, or the Bendix gear doesn't extend. If the voltage drops to 11-ish volts, it may indicate that something is jamming the starter, sometimes it can be caused by a failed accessory pulley, like an Alternator or A/C compressor getting locked up, or a failed engine.

Hope this helps and best of luck!
