Default 2003 es300 problems

Hi, I have a 2003 es300. I was driving in the free way when the engine would sputter, the rpm meter would drop and the car’s performance seems to decrease. When I turned it off it would struggle to start, and when it does it would make noise from the engine. Can anyone help me diagnose the problem from what I’ve described?

Spark plugs, coil packs, fuel injectors, dirty throttle body

do you think these would be easy fixes or should I go to a mechanic for any of these problems?

depends on your skill level. The spark plugs/coil packs in the front are easy to get to- the other 3 in the back are a bit more difficult to get to and require to take apart a number of items.

fuel injectors usually cause a misfire and turn on the CEL

I think you should go to a mechanic and have your issue diagnosed properly with a scanner etc....

Do you think a mechanic could fix those quickly? And do you think They will able to fix it if I tell them the error codes because I can borrow a scanner from my friend.
