Transmission stutter
This is a 93 ES 300
I had just gotten this car tuned up with new plugs, wires, (held off on the dist. cap and rotor), and had the tranny drained and refilled. I also replaced the upper engine mount which apparently has been broken for a while since it now drives better than when I bought it over ayear ago.
I now get a little stutter as I load the torque; like climbing a hill or hitting the gas on the highway. Its not serious and it goes away as it warms up.
I have seen this before in my mom's old Corolla. A tune up fixed it then. I dunno what they did to eliminate this problem. Clean the injectors? Is there a quick fix for this? Will an engine treatment/cleaner fix it now? Is it lack of fuel or something tranny related? Did they put the wrong tranny fluid?
Any advice would be appreciated.
