I have be researching for several days the reset windows thing is not working . My alternator went in my Lexus 2004 Es330 after it got replaced (sat for 4 mths prior ) my Drivers side front window and passenger side front window won’t roll down . Back two will no problem from doors and master switch . I can’t get the front two to roll down no matter what even if I’m at the door . The switch blinks and on the passenger side I hear a small click noise when you try to roll it down . I replaced the master switch in hopes that was the problem but no such luck . Any ideas ?
Many ES owners have had the same problem. In the 5 years that I've owned my 2003 ES300, it's happened to me at least 10 times. The answer is a little strange but works perfectly. Turn the ignition on to where the window motors can work. Sit in the seat next to the non-working window. Hold the switch in the position to lower the window and slam the door a few times. This has worked for me every time.

This method worked for me when my back window was stuck last year. I've also found recently that my driver side window stops working when it's high heat and humidity. After it cools down, it seems to work fine.

I did this for my back passenger door and it worked perfectly. I then added WD-40 Water Resistant Silicone to the edges of all the windows so that they would move smoothly without any resistance and its worked great ever since. (Scotty Kilmer has a video on this that I would strongly suggest)
