Book method is to remove the bumper cover, remove the headlight, then access it with the headlight pulled forward from the fender/frame.
Alternatively, and this has worked for me, find a friend or child with small hands and have them squeeze in from the frame cut-outs. An average man's hand (say, large glove size) will not be able to fit in and do it with the headlight in place. The R side (pass.) is more difficult than the L, IIRC.

Goodness, those corner lights were horrible, I tried and tried on my old ES until I finally got them from inside, chewing up my hand really good against the rad support.
Save yourself some hassle and take out the headlights or try going in from the splash guard area.
