+1 on the OEM with bracket. Nearly every other one is made in China, even the Beck/Arnley and Wix ones I've installed in the past.
Also, it's very rarely advisable to swap this filter out...if the flare fittings are seized, you may twist off the pipes and have a bigger issue on your hands. I've installed them preemptively in the recent past (I'm in CA, so no rust to deal with or anything) on two Lexuses: a '99 with 243k and an '00 with 167k, but they were running fine before and I only did it because I was swapping out everything else.
