Default Cladding removal

Any suggestions before I try this. I just want to be clear before attempting to remove the "cladding". Is it necessary for me to remove the interior panels to remove the exterior cladding? I'm thinking that maybe I can use a heat gun and plastic putty knife if necessary. Any assistance would be greatly apprecIated.

I'm in the process of getting my car ready for body work/paint of the passenger side front door. I need to remove the plastic body cladding before I bring it to the repair shop, to save cost.
Does anyone know how to remove the panels without damaging them?
