Default ES300 Door Locks Fail Suddenly

Just bought my 1999 ES300 yesterday and everything worked fine, Today none of the locks will work except for the driver's door lock when the key is turned. All of the other locks simply twitch as if they are trying to lock but are unable to. Based on what I have seen it doesn't seem to be bad actuators or a blown fuse as the door lock indicators are clearly trying to lock but are just unable to do so. Anyone else who has had this problem with potential solutions?

I'm having a similar problem.
About 6 months ago, car was running on a hot day with the A.C. running. I cycle the power lock, all doors lock, unlock, all doors but rear driver unlocks. But the problem went away that day
Fast forward to last weekend. Using keyless entry in the morning to unlock all doors. All doors but rear driver and driver unlock.
Keyless entry lock, all doors lock besides rear driver (I manually unlocked the door. ) The beep fails to go off and I can hear the locks cycling a couple more times trying to lock all the doors. But it didn't happen again. Until this weekend, did it once yesterday morning but hasnt done it again.
I'll probably end up replacing the actuators because I'm not sure what else it could be.

I read on an RX300 thread that you will need to piggyback the new actuators to an alternate source because I suppose they were not meant to be removed or something like that. It will probably be the same situation with the ES300, on the bright side the actuators are pretty cheap on eBay compared to other places.

I had an electric motor fail in one of my lock actuators. This thread addressed my issue.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...uator-diy.html

Changed motor in actuator assembly fixed my problem. Removal of actuator assembly and the subsequent removal/install electric motor with in the assembly could be considered by some as arduous. I am ok with this type of repair. Others have suggested buying a used one on ebay or junk yard
