Rear Crossmember Issue
I changed the rear lateral suspensions arms on both sides of my 2003 ES, which required dropping the rear crossmember. Everything went as planned except when removing the bolt from a front suspension arm on the body side, the bolt must have been rusted to the bushing collar in the arm. By the time I realized what was going on, the hole for the bolt had enlarged after the collar pushed through the crossmember.
Does anybody have an idea on a repair short of buying a crossmember? It is back together for now, but it does clunk. I'll need to address it when I replace struts later this summer.

Can you post a picture? Maybe fabricating something is possible.
