AC not blowing cold air when hot outside but working fine when cold outside
Dear All, Please help: I have 1996 ES 300, The AC blows hot air when it is hot outside (>80F) but when it cold outside, like in the morning (60-70F), it works just fine, it blows very cold air out. The compressor is running OK (I mark the spindle and see it turns),I can hear the relay clicking when turn on the AC. The AC shop checks gas OK, found no leak. He said something about temperature sensor under dash board or the cold vent door motor was stuck. But to remove the dash board will cost $300 just to see under. I just replaced the radiator that was leak. Please help, thanks,

Yes, they both blow hot air out instead of cold air. I guess you mean the fans for driver and passenger side. I read somewhere in this forum that the problem could be the condenser and air dryer. Thanks for asking.
