Hi everyone, I just bought a 2003 ES300 used for my son and he wants to install XM radio. The direct connected XM kit states that it will fit 2004 and up for the non-nav radios. I though about installing an eBay radio for 2004 and up, My question is that if 2004 and up non-nav radio will work in 2003?

The radios are different. I don't think 02-03 radios have the auxillary port in the back to plug in accessories such as ipod/ cd changer/ xm radio, etc.

I know the radio is different, physically they look identical but the 04 and up has the capability of adding XM tuner. This is why I'm trying to find out if the 04 will work in the 03. Thanks.
