Production date on strut?
Is this a production date sticker? And being produced in Asia, the dates read YEAR / MONTH / DAY?
So this would be 2002 / JUNE / 21st?

I spoke with the local Toyota parts manager today. He confirms it is production date and is does list as YEAR / MONTH / DAY
These are original to the car. They have held up well, 145K miles, but time to change them...

good to know. So what all are you changing along with the struts? Changing all four struts?
My 98 es300 also has 140K and original struts. The rear bottoms out when car is full and so wondering if the springs also need to be replaced.

I already did OEM mounts in the front some time back because they were making noise along with OEM rubbers
Will replace back mounts & rubbers with OEM as well.
I am keeping the original springs.
