Abs trac problem

Default Abs trac problem

1999 lexus es300 need help

abs light is solid
trac off light flashes nonstop

connected 2 different scanners to troubleshoot but both fail to communicate, my guess its the abs control module, has this happened to anybody else and please advise
where can i purchase and what type is in this car

Are you saying you can't get any OBD-II scanner to communicate with the car? Stupid question but did you try turning the key to ON after connecting the scan tool?

The key was on I have used scanners before it communicates with the engine and displays dtc info and codes but nothing on the abs vsc scan

maybe you need the dealer level scan tool like the TechStream that Speekar99 posted about.
