What typically causes power window failure?
The RR window has stopped operating, fortunately while in the up position. I can hear an actuator or solenoid fire when I hit the button, but nothing else. What part is the usual culprit here; seems to me to mean the motor.
EDIT: OH - found this old thread re: TSB on issue of regulator sticking. Will have to try that first later tonight.

Yep, that worked.
I powered on the ignition, got in the rear seat and pulled the door closed hard while holding the button down. Window came right down and operates normally now.

just like i always make sure i have my keys before i lock and shut the door, I always look to make sure my Sun Visor isn't poking out through my driver's side window --especially if the extender is out-- before I roll up the window. Thats how i f*%* My last car window up...the automatic power window clamps up on it, and the strain will break or bend or kink the internal track, wire pulleys, cables, etc. in a Heartbeart! and that means no easy Fonz Jukebox Fix. That's a trip to the junk yard fix.
