Default Help please identifying a leak

Yesterday I saw a drop of oil under my 99 ES300 with 190K miles on it. When I was looking from below the there wasn’t much to see. However when I leaned over from the driver side, I saw some oil residue. There seems to be a bolt sitting behind the transmission, which is causing the leak. The bolt is not loose and there is nothing around the area that looks it may leak. Did anybody have this problem or help me figure out what this bolt is for or how to fix the leak?
Below, first picture hopefully help you identify the general vicinity of the area I am referring to. Other pictures are close ups...

Not sure what bolt you mean? More likely your valve cover gasket is leaking oil loves to flow and spread it tricks they eye into thinking the leak is somewhere else.

Thank you for your response Lexus2000. It is NOT the valve cover. The leak is only around the this bolt seen below picture... No wet oil stains above...

if you already know where the leak is coming from, then you don't need advice from anyone.

- on the other hand,

if you want advice, That is not the source of the leak. The leak is either cam covers or head gasket.
- also, that is 'oil haze' so it's not a serious leak, and it really could be coming from alot of places.

Clean it off with a bottle of brake clean and see if it reappears. It could have been spilled.
