My girlfriend bought a used 93 300es, the guy had an aftermarket (Pioneer) Radio he sold with the car. Well the wiring harness he gave us only has the power cables on it. What other adapter(s) do I need for the speaker? I noticed the factory spot has 2 white adapters, I hooked up what I had and had power but now I need speakers. If anyone knows exact part numbers to look for that would help tremendously thanks!

You need this wiring harness - Crutchfield sells them for $9.99. The ES has a factory amp under the passenger seat and all speaker connections are through the amp.

I don't know of a way to bypass except for new speakers and rewire them all.
