Need help with shocks

Hello fellow lexus owners i need some help on getting some rear shocks for my 1998 es300.....i have a sub in the trunk with 2 12s and everytime someone sits in the back it always gets real low. What would be the best way to get some support for this? Anything would be nice.

I'd like to know too lol I'm bout to start working on lowering my car as well as installing either 10's or 12's in the back. . .
