Talking Yokohama Avid Envigor

After 45k very hard miles on my bridgestone serenitys, it had finally come to the point where i needed new tires. I originally wanted YOKOHAMA Parada spec 2's but couldn'tget them in my size. The SUMITOMO HTR+'s i wanted were no longer in production and the set of bridgestone potenzas would set me back about 650, so i got the YOKOHAMA avid envigors h rated for about 550 (v rated were about 8 dollars more a tire and i found the last h rated tires on my car completely fine so i didn't go back to v rated) After a week of driving i love them. Heres a little review:

The tires are extremely quiet, i cannot remember the last time it has been this silent on the roads. Secondly in the rain, thee tires are very very good. It has been raining quite a lot recently and there is no feeling of light steering while driving or switching lanes on the highway, it feels stable and solid. Handling wise, the tire also seems quite good. I have not driven too hard, but overall, it has matched or beaten any of my expectations. JI am not sure how they perform in snow, but will be finding out in the coming months. Hope this is helpful to anyone getting tires

I just drove for the firt time with these tires in the snow........they suck. I know it isn't a snow tire, but the performance in snow is close to dismal. Blizzak ws-70's on order
