Default Headlights Faded

I have a 2000 Lexus Es 300 and the headlghts are faded, I have used a couple of different kits to clear them up but less than a month they turn back. I want to purchase new lens or the hid, are their any reasonable sites or suggestions to fix this problem

At this point, the clear protective coating on the lens as all but oxidized away. You will need to maintain your headlights every month or two by using a plastic polish such as meguiars plastx (don't use the cheaper blue magic brand, it is petroleum based and more abrasive)
A layer of sealant can help slow down the oxidation.

Ive used this kit on a couple cars and its the best thing out there. Should be able to get one at a local parts house as well for around the same price.

This is exactly what i do with decent results. I noticed another poster spoke of clear coating the lenses after repairing/cleaning them. i would like to know the best way to clear coat them.

The clear coating is a specialty product (head over to the detailing forum/ask one of CL's sponsors about a lens restoration kit that comes with a clear coat application.
