I've seen this problem in some other treads, but I'd like some reassurance. The shift indicator goes to 4 even when in D. You can tell it's not shifting tpo overdrive because of the high revs on the interstate. I've read that it needs either a shifter module or a shifter/cable replacement. I've read that the shifter is accessable thorugh the interior center console. Is this a potential do-it-yourself job? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
