The dealer part number from my receipt is 35240-33010. It cost $101..35 from parkplaceplano.com (dealer website). I don't know about RockAuto, but I prefer to use OEM part since I am saving myself on labor and I don't want run the risk of not fitting after I have spent much time taking the transmission apart. BTW, don't forget to also change out the pan gasket and also the transmission filter.

I took the car to the mechanic to get it scanned, and I also had the transmission itself checked out at the same time, it turns out that the transmission is in good condition, and according to the mechanic the problem lies in the computer controlling the tranny.
The mechanic never gave me any error codes, so I'm just going to work with him since he says he can repair the transmission computer.
I'll take the risk to see how well this "fix or repair" will work.
I'll let you know of the results.
Results: Got my Car back, Transmission computer repaired (mechanic said it was an issue with the Shift Pattern in the computer) the car is shifting normally like it should.
