Default finding the right engine mounts

My mech told me my passenger side engine mount is going bad (can you tell simply by peeking into the engine bay?). I'd like to get energy suspension mounts as replacements but I'm not sure where or which ones to get. Also, should I be replacing all (four?) mounts at the same time?

I think he meant the dog bone mount. Yes you can just see that one by looking under the hood.

Which is the correct fitting dogbone mount/torque strut/torque rod to get?

i doubt that have energy suspension mounts for the ES300. You might just have to make them yourself if u want a stiffer polyurethane engine mount. BTW, it would be helpful if you told us what year your ES is

'96 ES V6 - Does anyone know where I can get a standard replacement dog bone. I really don't want to get it at the stealership part's department.

Thanks,
Chris
