Smile Check All Connections

Wwest is probably right on target. The sensor comes on occasionally because there is a bad contact somewhere between the sensor and light bulb. Best to sand BOTH bulb connectors and socket connector with a very fine sandpaper (800 grit would be good). Then check the wiring back as far as you can including the connectors at every step. Once that is done you shouldn't have anymore problems back there. BTW - check the bulbs themselves to see that they are in excellent shape and don't have loose bases or cracks in the glass or ??

Have fun and let us know how you made out!

Scott.

No problem cperez100! Over my years BOTH driving and repairing cars I have seen just about everything! Makes me glad that I have a newer car.........the old 60's cars were easy to fix but after a while they nickel and dime ya to death! Since I have had my lex, I just do a routine oil check, air filter change, pump her up w/gas and I'm off.....no worries! I couldn't say that for my '68 Mustang in its hey day - lol.

Also if any problem comes up with my Lex, or I just simply need advise or have a question, I know the solutions are just a POSTING away !

Scott.
