Question Window Problem

Question...my driver-side rear window has stopped working, not going up or down. I decided that Ill fix it later until it started to fall slightly into the door. I tried pulling it up but it seems that the window is very loose, like nothing is holding it and it falls back down into the door. Any comments on what can be wrong? Thanks

You may have shorted out your switch if window doesn't go up or down. Sometimes water will rush in and fall on it after a rain if your window is open and your making a right hand turn.

No, the light isnt flashing...its just dead. But besides the motor not working, Im wondering why the window is suddenly starting to fall into the door?

The reason your window is falling in the door is you have a broken window regulator. Push the up/down window button and listen closely, if you hear nothing your motor is busted too, if you hear it, it should just be the regulator. Easy fix...you can open the door panel and prop it up with a wedge just to keep rain out until you put in the new regulator.
