Default ES300 1992 - Running rough

One thing that is going on is that my car idles really rough, once I get going it runs fine but idles very rough, I have removed and cleaned out the AIC Valve already, that did not seem to fix the rough idle, it also hesitates when I first press on the gas (it has always done that). I am thinking that I may have to change the fuel filter or something, it always hesitates instead of excelerating immediately when hitting the gas. I have ran some BG 44K thru the fuel system. Any ideas on any of what I have explained.? )

sound like a misfire

Happened to me before. I thought i had a vacuum leak so i looked all over the car like a madman for a leak but didnt find nothing

finally found out it was a dead injector.

i only had 75k miles at the time but i did seafoam like 2 days before that so i guess the carbon deposits clogged up my injector.

Start pulling the electrical connectors on top of the injectors. If you pull one, you should feel the difference like the car wants to die out. If it doesn't make a difference then that means that cylinder is not doing work. and go from there.
