Bought this beautiful es 330 2005 145k miles on the auction. It has realized perfect condition interior. Just a fender damaged. Couldn’t find fender and bumper in color on used parts market. Decided to buy primed fender and it and bumper. The crash damagedd passenger strut also.. So I would like to hear some advices on fixing as I plan to do some project with this beauty.
What struts manufactures are the best?
Where can I look for used parts except carparts.com?
Do you this that’s a good idea to put original navigator inside or to put modern one?
Do you think I can relieve stiffness of the engine to make it faster?
Which new headlights to buy to look good?

Fix the body damage first before you worry about any other aspects. There is no way to make this car faster, forget about it. Won't happen. If that is your goal then sell the car and buy something faster.

On struts I've been reading that Sachs is a good option.

Sachs is focused more on OEM solutions, they recently purchased TRW company for more aftermarket solutions, so chances are you will get TRW struts, just a heads-up
