ES300 started running rough instantly

ES300 started running rough instantly
I've got a 1999 Lexus ES300 and when I drove it today, it was driving smoothly. I parked it and when I came back to start it up, it ran really rough. Got the codes P0171, P0325, P0330, P0125, and P0300. The car also had no codes before, has me clueless on what could be the problem. These somehow have to be related, right?
