12v battery.
I now have a 2015 ct sport.i often travel and park at airports.after reading about 12v battery problems and cars not starting I,m looking at buying a power pack.i,'ve seen some mini ones and as the 12v doesn't actually start the engine I,m not sure what one to buy.any ideas please.

You shouldn't need one. Just ensure you make sure your battery is replaced every 5 years. Since you have a 2015 like I do, it's about time. Mine shows no sign of problems just yet but I do plan on replacing it within the next 6 months with this one

I own one and its fantastic insurance. I had it sitting in my car for about 6 months and it still held a full charge. It's very small, you can probably fit it in the area where the spare tire goes.

just direct replacement. i got that from the prius forums and here everyone seems to like. the amazon comments to seems to show everyone 2nd and 3rd gen prius is happy with it as a replacement. common people. teachers, milk deliveries, grandmas, etc. i want the grandma battery

I'm like you. I park my 2013 CT200h at one airport and fly out. I have my 2015 RCF parked at the other airport where I fly into. When I fly home I reverse the process.
I have the following battery pack at each of the two cars just in case...... Very compact unit.
I've helped others jump their cars multiple times without fail.
I got these last year with a coupon for $50 each no shipping (Prime via Amazon).

^That seems like a cool emergency pack just to have around. I hope those lead wires are short because they seem awfully thin. I've had comparatively thick jumper cables heat up and start smoking
