OEM Sub Replacement
Quick question ladies and gents.Have anyone upgraded the stock sub in the original enclosure to get better bass?If you did what did you use and was it worth the trouble and most of all what did it sound like? Thanks for your response.

Did see something on forum mentioned above about this, but it looks like a lot of work.
For now I just listen from Bluetooth or USB for better sound quality - the bass isn't all that bad.

I found some good information on the CT200h forum. I purchased an 8 inch subwoofer and monoblock slim amp with the LCi2 to run off the stock wiring. FYI, I have the 10 speaker set up as well. I like the mid and high output but would like to see some more range in the bass. Once I finish a couple of other mods on my other cars, I'll jump on this one and let everyone know how it goes.

I have a 2015 with the premium audio package and am working to have a dual 8 inch JBL sub with clip on amp installed. The installers are looking into if it will work the way we want it to and I'll do a write up on what was involved in getting it setup. Fingers crossed!
