No, better gas won't solve this problem. See below:

It is a symptom of the head gasket failure, which has unfortunately occurred. Better get that fixed before the engine is fully destroyed.

The misfire *as you describe* is caused by coolant ingestion and subsequent burn off. Coolant is getting into the cylinder, most likely the headgasket. What caused the HG failure is *likely* a clogged/dirty EGR circuit. Kind of a chicken and egg sort of thing.
Long story short: you need a top end rebuild and full EGR service.

(also you can just try and drive like that as long as possible until it completely fails) may buy you some time to get a different car or what not.

I would not advise using any HG sealant. It may cause your demise sooner than you'd like. So while it may seal up your HG, you may also seal out internal passages blocking coolant from flowing. Like breaking your ankles to save your toes.
I would not advise selling the car unless you fully disclose the issue.
If you're on a budget and you need transportation, just ride the car as long as you can.

Sorry to hear that. I remember your several posts on advice in buying one. Was it inspected prior to purchase? I would not put any "fix all" solutions in the engine and always put good gas in the car but it won't fix anything now.
I would look into fixing and not driving the car like that.
Who did You buy it from and when?
