Got Tanabe NF210
-Just got my lowering springs and have been quoting some local shops around town (Oceanside, Ca). Man I didn't think they would charge so much for installation and alignment. The alignment isn't so much 60-100, but some shops are ridiculously overpriced. I got a quote from one shop at $732.50 with alignment! I might as well get coilovers. The one shop i'm probably going to go with is charging $75 /hr so $300 for install and the guy mentioned it may be faster than 4 hours and alignment is $100 so $400 in total at most and might be cheaper if done faster (yeah right..). I have a L certified Lexus and called Lexus up and asked if alignment was free, but they said no (was trying to save $100). I was expecting below $300 for install. I was also thinking of post-poning alignments until I get my wheels (maybe depending on how stock looks with drop) in a month or 2. What are your thoughts?

Are you somewhat mechanically inclined?
I had a minor (well, my first major) in automotive engineering, and suspension in my opinion is one of the easier bits.
I would call some buddies in your area, buy a few brews - and make it a nice weekend afternoon shindig. And it's fun to wrench on your car.
If you happen to use a spring compressor, be careful - obviously.

Finally dropped her. I was surprised at the amount of drop I got right away. I didn't expect it to drop so much. It made a huge difference right away. So far the suspension feels as good as or better than stock. Still breaking in the springs though. It actually looks lower than what the pictures show.

There's no difference in year for spring fitment. All springs fit all years. 11-17 US market.
