New Audio upgrade :)
Helllllloooo!!!!!
Anyways I just bought my car about a month ago, I have a 2012 F-Sport Ct in Tungsten Pearl. I've done a few mods as of interior LED's, 6000k hid for lows/fogs, injen intake, 35% tint all around, and a week ago just got an amazing sound system! I already had the 10-premium speakers but was lacking a lil bit of "Thump" from the stock woofer. I purchased a JL audio 10W7AE with a JL audio 900/5 HD amp. I have the amp running all the factory speakers and that made a huge diff! Crystal clear highs and mids. The amp is under the driver seat perfect fit. I'll upload more if you guys have any questions let me know and thanks

It sounds amazing, I haven't go door speakers yet so he had to the sub wire from the amp that's underneath the driver seat, they installed a remote gain on the empty switch panel by the drivers left knee

FEELING the sound
SoYou would get a lot better sound by replacing your speakers. Low end subwoofer sound is way overrated.
You can get great low end sound by replacing the front door speakers with some good quality co-axial or tri-axial speakers. However, if you aren't really a true audiophile and just like to feel low notes then maybe a huge subwoofer in the back that takes up all available storage room and effectively disables the rear fold down hatchback purpose then so be it. However, it still probably doesn't compare the sound of my SVS PB12 PLUS connected to my home theater system.
