Phone connectivity issue- BT
1st time visiting and posting on this site. Found out about you all from a different forum.
I have a 2013 CT200h (without navigation). Just got a new phone (Samsung S10+) and I having issues paired the phone with the car. Older model Samsung phone had not issue.
Here is my issue;
When I pair "phone only"- I can make calls but cannot play any video (display shows BT and antenna bar on the far left on display but states BT not connected)
When I pair the "audio only"- I can play video but cannot make calls (display show BT but NO antenna bar on far left )
I have tried removing all the phone connected to the car. I unpair the Bluetooth on my phone and tried reconnecting again.
Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help with this?

The CT 200h non-nav BT set up is a bit fussy but it will work.
The system will pair with up to four (4) phones and up to two (2) audio devices.
Your phone will be one of each. You correctly discovered that pairing as an audio
device limits the phone to just that, audio device. Start over and delete everything
from everywhere, car and phone. On a CT but sure to have the radio turned on but
turn the volume down. Press the speech button and say Set up. You can continue
to speak commands but it is far easier to begin turning the right side radio tuning ****.
You will see the command Pair Phone. I have copied the Owner's Manual pages for
this, if you are missing your book(s) go to www.lexusdrivers.com and find Resources.
Once the phone is paired you simply add the phone again as an Audio Player. Do not
attempt to transfer your contacts, just use Siri to find and dial any listing and it will then
play through the speakers. When you are speaking with your first successful Bluetooth
call take a moment to turn the volume of your device to the max. Now all subsequent calls
and audio playback will be as clear as possible. Turn down the call volume using the cars
radio volume **** or the steering wheel control rocker.
