Navigation and Stereo Problem

Got a 2017 CT with navi.
Navi and Stereo stopped working
It says unable to read data please consult to a dealer
Any ideas ???

My initial impression was about the microSD card, I removed it and it only stopped navigation from running, everything else was ok.
